These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AEMC website and related services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit content. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts and submissions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Content you submit must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and must not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt platform operations
  • Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
  • Scrape or collect data from the platform without permission

Intellectual property

The AEMC name, branding, and platform design are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform.

Moderation

We may review, approve, reject, edit, or remove content at our discretion to maintain quality, safety, and legal compliance.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that listings, opportunities, or third-party links are complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEMC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
